Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and changebacks. Support store recovery needs throughout the day, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety awareness initiatives. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as business needs dictate. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Flexible schedule to support business needs.
