Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, adhering to operational and loss prevention standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while following established procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs, participate in store recovery, and support shrink reduction goals. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role supports the TJX family's mission to delight shoppers with hidden treasures across its seven brands, requiring flexibility to work varying hours.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
