Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change back to customers, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs while supporting store shrink reduction goals and participating in safety awareness initiatives. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role supports the global TJX family of brands, including TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Homegoods, with a starting pay range of $18.42 to $18.92 per hour.
