Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and shrink reduction programs. Uphold merchandising philosophy, promote credit and loyalty programs, and maintain safety awareness while accepting constructive feedback. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas. Requires excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to lift heavy objects. Flexible scheduling supports business needs. Starting pay ranges from $15.92 to $16.42 per hour.
