Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, processing purchases and returns, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs; uphold merchandising standards; promote credit and loyalty programs; participate in store recovery and safety initiatives; adhere to labor laws and procedures; and contribute to a positive store culture. Responsibilities include accurate ring of purchases/returns, counting change back, stocking and preparing merchandise for the sales floor, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
