Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs throughout the day, maintain merchandising philosophy, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas. Afternoons and weekends are required. Starting pay is $12.75 to $13.25 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Afternoons and weekends are a must
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
