Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing sales, returns, and change. Support store recovery initiatives, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in shrink reduction goals. Maintain safety awareness and respond to unexpected situations as needed. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. This role is part of TJX's vibrant team across retail and distribution, offering opportunities to learn within a Fortune 100 off-price retailer.
