Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing sales, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs throughout the day and uphold merchandising procedures to ensure the sales floor is stocked and ready. Participate in shrink reduction goals, safety awareness initiatives, and multi-area cross-training as assigned. Maintain organizational cleanliness standards across the entire store and provide constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs while lifting heavy objects and collaborating effectively with peers and supervisors.
