Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, process merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Model established customer experience practices, promote credit and loyalty programs, and uphold merchandising philosophy while supporting store culture through honesty and respect. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Starting pay is $13.00 to $13.50 per hour.
