Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, process merchandise for the sales floor, and initiate store recovery as needed. Uphold merchandising philosophy, promote credit and loyalty programs, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs while modeling positive culture through honesty and respect. Work a flexible schedule to support business requirements.
Required Qualifications

- Capable of multi-tasking
