Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery initiatives and participate in shrink reduction goals, ensuring safety awareness and compliance with labor laws. Maintain merchandising philosophy and organizational cleanliness across the sales floor. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, with a starting pay range of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills

- Capable of multi-tasking
