Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and initiate store recovery as needed. Uphold merchandising philosophy, promote credit and loyalty programs, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas. Requires flexible scheduling, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Starting pay range is $16.90 to $17.40 per hour.

- Capable of multi-tasking
