Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Uphold merchandising philosophy, prepare merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Maintain organizational cleanliness standards for the entire store and ensure a safe environment. Work a flexible schedule supporting business needs, multi-tasking while responding to unexpected situations.
