Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing returns, rings, and change. Support store recovery, merchandising procedures, and shrink reduction goals through daily maintenance and safety awareness. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
