Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Support store culture through honesty and integrity while maintaining safety awareness and responding to changes in direction. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, with a starting pay range of $17.00 to $17.50 per hour.
