Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, count change back according to established procedures, and process merchandise for the sales floor following company standards. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store shrink reduction goals and participating in safety awareness. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs while modeling established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
