Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while following established procedures. Support store recovery, participate in shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness throughout the day. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role supports the TJX family of brands including TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Homegoods.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
