Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store needs through cross-training in multiple areas, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and following established merchandising procedures. Initiate store recovery as needed, uphold safety awareness, and participate in shrink reduction goals. Work a flexible schedule supporting business needs, with a starting pay of $13.25 to $13.75 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
