Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs throughout the day and participate in shrink reduction goals. Uphold merchandising philosophy, promote credit and loyalty programs, and respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
