Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while following established procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs, participate in store recovery, and support shrink reduction goals. Maintain organizational cleanliness standards and provide constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
