Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing sales, returns, and change. Support store recovery as needed throughout the day, participate in shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas. Possesses excellent customer service skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Starting pay is $13.50 to $14.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills

- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
