Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor per established procedures. Uphold merchandising standards, support store recovery initiatives, and participate in shrink reduction goals while adhering to all operational, loss prevention, and labor laws. Cross-train across multiple store areas as needed to support business demands. Work a flexible schedule within the Merrillville, IN location.
