Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs throughout the day and uphold merchandising philosophy by following established procedures and standards. Participate in safety awareness, shrink reduction goals, and store cleanliness initiatives. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Starting pay is $14.00 to $14.50 per hour. Located at HomeGoods Store 0105 in Londonderry, NH.
