Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change back to customers, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store shrink reduction goals and participating in store recovery as needed. Maintain organizational cleanliness standards for the sales floor and the entire store. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, with a starting pay range of $13.25 to $13.75 per hour.
