Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and uphold merchandising standards. Participate in store recovery, support shrink reduction goals, and ensure safety compliance while adhering to all operational, labor, and loss prevention protocols. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed. Work a flexible schedule supporting business needs, lifting heavy objects, and responding to unexpected situations. Earn a starting pay of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour at this Marshalls location in Dawsonville, GA.
