Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing sales, returns, and change. Support store recovery, merchandising procedures, and shrink reduction goals throughout the day. Participate in safety awareness, accept constructive feedback, and perform other duties as assigned. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Starting pay ranges from $13.75 to $14.25 per hour. Located at HomeGoods in Collegeville, PA.
