Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery efforts and participate in shrink reduction goals throughout the day. Uphold merchandising procedures, promote credit and loyalty programs, and respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
