Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, returns, and change. Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, support store recovery, and participate in shrink reduction goals. Maintain merchandising philosophy, uphold safety awareness, and provide constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs across multiple store areas as cross-trained.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills

- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
