Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support business needs through cross-training in multiple store areas, maintaining merchandising philosophy, and participating in store recovery and shrink reduction programs. Uphold safety awareness, labor laws, and constructive feedback protocols. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, lifting heavy objects as required, with a starting pay of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour at this Cleveland, TN location.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
