Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting shrink reduction goals and safety awareness. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Starting pay ranges from $17.13 to $17.63 per hour, with a full range up to $27.20.

- Capable of multi-tasking
