Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Participate in store recovery, support shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness throughout the day. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed to support business demands. Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs while lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills

- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
