Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, process merchandise for the sales floor, and uphold merchandising standards. Adhere to operational, loss prevention, and safety protocols while supporting store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Participate in multi-area cross-training as needed. This role supports the global TJX family across seven brands, offering associate discounts, 401(k) contributions, and flexible scheduling to align with business needs.
