Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and initiate store recovery as needed. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting shrink reduction goals and safety awareness. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Starting pay is $17.00 to $17.50 per hour at this HomeGoods location in New Hyde Park, NY.
