Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, adhering to operational and loss prevention standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Initiate store recovery as needed, participate in shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness protocols. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects while working a flexible schedule. Starting pay is $13.00 to $13.50 per hour.
