Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery, participate in shrink reduction goals, and maintain safety awareness. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Flexible schedule to support business needs. Starting pay range $13.50 to $14.00 per hour. Located at Marshalls Store 0047 in Williamsburg, VA.
