Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and embodying customer experience principles; accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change; may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas; supports a positive store culture; maintains clean and organized store environment; promotes credit and loyalty programs; adheres to procedures for merchandising, operations, and loss prevention; participates in store recovery and safety efforts; provides feedback and contributes to meeting shrink reduction goals.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
