Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, processing purchases/returns at the register, and promoting credit and loyalty programs. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas, uphold merchandising standards, participate in store recovery, and contribute to a positive store culture through honesty and respect. Responsibilities include operating cashier functions, adhering to labor laws and procedures, supporting shrink-reduction goals, and maintaining safety and cleanliness across the sales floor.
