Merchandise Associate

Merchandise Associate responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, accurately ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and adhering to operating procedures. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas and participate in store recovery, safety, and loss-prevention initiatives. Demonstrates strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changes; lift-heavy objects with or without accommodation.
