Job Summary
Merchandise Associate responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience, accurately ringing customer purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, maintaining merchandise standards, and supporting store operations. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs, uphold cleanliness and recovery standards, and participate in safety and loss-prevention initiatives. Requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and flexibility to support business needs across the store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Retail customer experience preferred
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Able to work effectively with peers and supervisors
