Job Summary
Merchandise Associate responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles, maintaining a clean/organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards. Cross-trained to support multiple store areas, supports and embodies a positive store culture, accurately rings purchases/returns, promotes credit and loyalty programs, processes merchandise for the sales floor, participates in store recovery, maintains safety and cleanliness, and contributes to attendance and labor-law compliance.
