Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles; maintain a clean, organized store environment; may be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store; accurately ring purchases/returns and manage change; promote credit and loyalty programs; process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures; participate in store recovery, contribute to store safety, and support loss prevention; uphold merchandising standards and collaborate with peers and supervisors to meet store goals; flexible schedule to support business needs; prior retail customer experience is preferred.
