Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles; maintain a clean, organized store environment; may be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store; promote credit and loyalty programs; accurately ring purchases/returns and follow operating procedures; participate in store recovery and maintain safety standards; support and participate in shrink reduction goals; provide feedback, uphold merchandising standards, and work collaboratively with team members.
