Merchandise Associate

Merchandise Associate responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience, engaging with customers, processing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and maintaining organized merchandising and store standards. Cross-training may occur across store areas to support business needs. Key duties include accurately ringing purchases/returns, counting change, stocking and preparing merchandise for the sales floor, participating in store recovery, upholding cleanliness and safety, adhering to labor laws and loss prevention standards, and contributing to a positive store culture through honesty and respect. Strong customer service, communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills are essential.
