Job Summary
Merchandise Associate responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience, engaging with customers, and upholding store standards. Responsibilities include accurately ringing customer purchases/returns, counting change, promoting credit and loyalty programs, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, supporting loss prevention, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and participating in store recovery. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas, supports a positive store culture, and adheres to labor laws and safety practices.
