Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery and shrink reduction goals, participate in safety awareness, and uphold merchandising philosophy. Perform duties across multiple store areas as needed, including ringing sales, counting change, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs while lifting heavy objects.
