Job Summary
Merchandise associate duties include delivering a highly satisfied customer experience, engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, adhering to merchandising and loss-prevention standards, and occasionally cross-training in multiple store areas. Responsibilities also cover accurately ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, upholding merchandising standards, processing merchandise for the sales floor, participating in store recovery and safety practices, and supporting a positive store culture through integrity and respect. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and flexibility to support business needs. Starting pay range shown is $16.00 to $16.50 per hour; benefits are available per company plans.
