Merchandise Associate

Merchandise Associate responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing, and working as a team to provide an excellent customer experience. Role includes orchestrating truck deliveries, training and mentoring Associates on merchandising principles, ensuring items are properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded, coordinating with the Coordinator on Duty for flow of goods to the sales floor, monitoring productivity, organizing back stock, maintaining signage and cleanliness, adhering to labor laws and safety programs, and supporting store initiatives such as credit and loyalty programs. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and the capacity to train others; flexible schedule including nights and weekends; ability to lift heavy objects. Location: Riverside, CA. Salary starts at $17.90-$18.40 per hour, with benefits described in the posting.
