Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Cross-train across store areas as needed, support loss-prevention standards, ring purchases and returns accurately, promote credit and loyalty programs, and uphold merchandising procedures and store recovery throughout the shift. Contribute to a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect while adapting to flexible scheduling and collaborating with peers and supervisors to meet business needs.
