Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and supporting flexibility to work in multiple areas of the store. Responsibilities include accurately handling purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, upholding merchandising standards, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, participating in store recovery and cleanliness, and contributing to a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
