Merchandise Associate

Merchandise Associate responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, processing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and supporting merchandising and loss-prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs; role models customer experience practices with internal and external customers; participates in store recovery and maintains safety and cleanliness of the sales floor; supports labor policies and participates in shrink reduction programs. Ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills, strong communication and organizational abilities, and the flexibility to adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations; physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced retail setting.
